PURPOSE:
Collagen is the most common structural protein in the body. It constitutes approximately 1/3 of all endogenous proteins. Occurs, among others: in skin, muscles, teeth. It is the most important component of connective tissue. It is an important element of skin, tendons, bones, joints, hair and nails.
Vitamin C is involved in the process of collagen formation.

INGREDIENTS:
Collagen (hydrolyzed fish collagen) incl. fish  - (Powdered collagen from the skin of Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) (incl. fish ), wild living in the North Atlantic Ocean), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid).

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION:
5 g per day (2 measuring cups included in the package), dissolve in 100 ml of cold water, consume once, immediately after preparation.

STORAGE:
Protect the product from light. After use, close the package tightly. Store out of the reach of small children in a dry and cool place.
