Swanson Thyroid Essentials  is a complex for thyroid health thanks to specialized ingredients such as standardized Coleus forskohlii, a little-known but very beneficial herb, and recognized minerals and vitamins such as iodine, zinc, copper and B vitamins.

• Folic acid /    40 mcg
• Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) /    25 mg
• Pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate) /    25 mg
• Magnesium (magnesium oxide) /    25 mg
• Zinc (zinc oxide) /    25 mg
• Copper (copper gluconate) /    2 mg
• Iodine (from seaweed - Kelp) /    100 mcg
• Selenium (from selenomethionine) /    50 mcg
• L-tyrosine /    150 mg
• Coleus forskohlii (Indian nettle) /    50 mg
• standardized to 10% forskolin (root)

Ingredients (other):  rice flour, gelatin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use:  One capsule 1 time a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
