Selenium MSE contains 500 mg of Spirulina platensis microalgae, enriched with  the trace element content - 50 µg  of organic selenium . The basic ingredient of the preparation is spirulina platensis, dried and then compressed into tablets.

Selenium in the form of L-Selenomethionine - the organic form of selenium - occurs naturally in food and is absorbed by 95%. Part of the ingested selenomethionine is non-specifically incorporated into proteins in place of methionine and serves as a selenium store.

Ingredients:  Spirulina platensis algae containing organic selenium, glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

How to use:  1 tablet a day. It is best to consume it during a meal with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and balanced diet should be followed. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation.

Storage conditions:  Store closed, in a dry, cool place, out of the reach of small children.
