Ingredients:  Quatrefolic, brown rice flour, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

How to use:  One capsule a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
