The method of obtaining Seagarden collagen is an enzymatic process, followed by spray drying to a granulated powder. 100 g of collagen peptides are obtained from 1 kg of cod skin. Due to the enzymatic nature of the process, it does not occur at very high temperatures - which affects the appropriate structure and high quality of the product.
