Ingredients:  beef collagen hydrolyzate, fish collagen hydrolyzate from cod (Gadus morhua), sodium L-ascorbate (vitamin C), uridine 5'-monophosphate disodium salt, cytidine 5'-monophosphate, inosine 5'-monophosphate disodium salt, disodium 5 salt '-guanosine monophosphate, 5'-adenosine monophosphate.

Recommended daily dose:  content of 1 sachet per day. Add the entire contents of the sachet to a meal or drink. Mix thoroughly and consume.
