Ingredients:  citicoline (CDP choline), capsule shell (glazing agent - hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), uridine 5'-monophosphate disodium salt, cytidine 5'-monophosphate, thiamine hydrochloride (thiamine), anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide, sodium L-ascorbate (vitamin C), thiamine pyrophosphate chloride (thiamine), pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (vitamin B6), pantethine, riboflavin (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), nicotinic acid (niacin), glucosamine 5MTHF (Quatrefolic®) - folates, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12). 

Recommended daily dose:  1 capsule daily after or between meals. Swallow the capsule and drink a small amount of water.
