Ingredients:  ascorbyl palmitate (vitamin C), capsule (glazing agent - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide.

How to use:  1 capsule a day. The capsule should be swallowed and washed down with a small amount of water.
