Maitake, or dancing mushroom, is a very popular mushroom now cultivated all over the world. Traditional Chinese medicine believes in its cleansing properties and has been using it for thousands of years.

Our  Maitake  is grown in organic soil. This substrate is based on a mixture of sawdust, organic wheat bran, fresh soil, cane sugar and natural gypsum. Part of the mushroom we use is  the fruiting body .

Maitake (grifola frondosa, translated as dancing mushroom - the name comes from the reaction of searchers who danced with joy when they found this wonderful and valued mushroom) contains many biologically active substances, vitamins, minerals, polysaccharides, proteoglycans (D-fraction), phenols, flavonoids, unsaturated fatty acids.

Thanks to biofermentation and  hot water extraction,  we offer high-quality maitake extract  in ideal proportions of active substances to obtain the best results : at least 30% polysaccharides (that's 33-34%)

Maitake (grifola frondosa, translated as dancing mushroom - the name comes from the reaction of searchers who danced with joy when they found this wonderful and valued mushroom) It is a parasitic mushroom with a fruiting body that takes the form of a clump. It consists of a leg and many fused caps. Maitake fruiting body   reaches a width of up to 100 cm. It grows at the base of trees and trunks.  Maitake  comes from Asia and North America, but is now widely distributed around the world and is also cultivated commercially.

Maitake  is a mushroom popular in the kitchen, it has a rich, delicate taste and a very pleasant aroma. It has been known as a medicinal mushroom in traditional Chinese medicine for hundreds of years, while "Western cultures" first described it in 1785, by Scottish mycologist James J. Dickson. Maitake  contains many biologically active substances, vitamins, minerals, polysaccharides, proteoglycans (D-fraction), phenols, flavonoids, unsaturated fatty acids.

 

Package contents:  90 capsules of 500 mg of extract - in gelatin or vegetable capsules (vegetable ones are suitable for vegans)

Dosage:

  • for health problems: 3–10 capsules a day (consultation with a doctor or Chinese medicine practitioner is recommended)
  • for preventive use: 1-2 capsules a day
  • We recommend using it 5 days a week and then taking a 2-day break
  • use the capsules on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal), drink water or weak green tea
  • When using medicinal mushrooms, we recommend increasing the intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active substances. For example, in the form of Acerola Brazilian clove extract.
