Ingredients:  lactose , nicotinamide (niacin), glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Recommended daily dose:  1 capsule

Directions for use:  1 capsule during a meal with sufficient water.
