Composition of the recommended daily dose:
1 serving (3ml) contains iodine 90 mcg (60% RWS*)
1 serving (5ml) contains iodine 150 mcg (100% RWS*)

Ingredients: water, potassium iodide, potassium iodate, sodium iodide, sodium iodate.
Volume: 250 ml (83 portions of 3 ml, or 50 portions of 5 ml).
Measuring cup: from 2.5 to 20 ml (included in the bottle)
Recommended daily dose and method of use: adults use 1 serving (3 ml) daily. For pregnant women and breastfeeding women, 1 serving (5 ml) daily. Pour the solution into the dosing container up to the line marked 3 ml or 5 ml, add the measured portion to water or a non-alcoholic drink. Wash the dosing container after use.
Note: do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Use in pregnant and breastfeeding women after consulting a doctor. A dietary supplement should not be used as a replacement for a varied diet.
Contraindications: in case of thyroid diseases, use only after consulting a doctor.
Storage conditions: store at a temperature of 1 - 25 degrees C. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of small children. Once opened: consume within 180 days.
