PrenaCare ® Complete for pregnant and breastfeeding women is comprehensive supplemental support for women throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding. The product provides nutrients recommended by the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians (PTGiP) - vitamin D, folic acid (in the form of active folate) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) - which have a beneficial effect on the child's development in the prenatal period and during breastfeeding.
Due to the above reasons, the formula of PrenaCare ® START for women does not contain iodine or iron.
The lack of iodine and iron in the product makes it possible to individually select these elements and therefore the product is safe for people suffering from allergies and autoimmune diseases, including: hashimoto.

Hard capsule ingredients: choline bitartrate (Vitacholine™ choline), magnesium citrate (magnesium), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (Quatrefolic® folate), selenomethionine (selenium SeLECT® ), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12); capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (binding agent).
Soft capsule ingredients: omega oil from Schizochytrium sp. microalgae, sunflower oil, MCT oil, a mixture of natural tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant), cholecalciferol (vitamin D); shell ingredients: beef gelatin, glycerol (humectant), water.
Recommended daily dose necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product : 1 hard capsule and 1 soft capsule during a meal. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
