Contents: Each bottle contains 60 tablets, providing a 1-month supply at a daily dose of 2 tablets.

Directions: Women during pregnancy and three months postnatal: take 2 tablets daily with food. For optimal absorption and all-day nutrient coverage, the daily dose may be divided between morning and evening. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Warnings: This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. While we use fully-reacted, ‘gentle’ iron bisglycinate, this product contains 27mg of iron, which may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals. Seek professional medical advice before taking any food supplement if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are taking medication.
