One serving of Vitamin D3+K2 MK7 is one full press of the pump attached to the bottle. It is a convenient way to measure the amount of the supplement you want to consume. A serving of this product contains: 

• 20 µg of natural vitamin K VitaMK7®
• 20 µg / 800 IU of vitamin D3 from lanolin
• 2.4 mg / 3.2 IU of vitamin E 

While 5 full pumps of the product contain: 

• 100 µg of VitaMK7®
• 100 µg of natural vitamin D3 
• 12 mg / 16 IU of vitamin E 

The bottle contains 600 suggested daily servings of the supplement, so it is extremely effective. In healthy elderly people over 75 years of age, the Nutrient Reference Value, or daily reference intake, increases.
