A high dose (400 µg) of folic acid in the form of a powder to be dissolved in water
How to use: Pour 1 portion (1 flat measuring cup) into a dry container. Add 200 ml of water or other drink and mix. Please follow the order of preparation to thoroughly dissolve the powder. Consume once a day during a meal. Shake the container vigorously before use.
