How to use: Take 2 capsules once a day with a meal.

Recommended daily dose: The recommended daily dose (2 capsules) contains:
Fish collagen type I - 380 mg,
Fish collagen type II - 155 mg,
Fish collagen type III - 12 mg,
Chondroitin sulfate - 100 mg, including: 57.7 mg of chondroitin;
Glucosamine sulfate – 49.8 mg, including: 28.8 mg of glucosamine;
Hyaluronic acid – 100 mg.
Ingredients: Fish collagen (type II), fish collagen (types I and III), pullulan (capsule shell), hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine sulfate.
Storage: Protect from light, store at room temperature, in a dry place out of the reach of small children.
