Ingredients:  Cod liver oil (fish), retinyl palmitate, emulsifier: linseed oil, capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, purified water, antioxidant: natural tocopherols.

How to use:  One capsule every other day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.

Store at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
