The product has been enriched with folate: Glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid Quatrefolic®, TMG and Choline in the form of Vitacholine® .
Ingredients: Betaine anhydrous (Trimethylglycine TMG), Magnesium taurate, Choline (Vitacholine ® ), Pantothenic acid (Calcium D-pantothenate), Thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate P-5 -P), Niacin (nicotinic acid, nicotinic acid amide), Inositol, p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), Quatrefolic ® folate (glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid), Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), Biotin (D- biotin) (QualiBiotin ® ), capsule shell: (binding agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
Taking niacin in doses above 20 mg daily may cause skin redness in sensitive people.
Long-term intake of vitamin B6 in doses above 10 mg may cause mild tingling and numbness.
Recommended daily dose necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: 1 capsule once a day during a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
