Bene Vobis® Chlorofil  is a high-quality dietary supplement in liquid form intended for people who want to supplement their diet with a characteristic green pigment made from white mulberry leaves (Morus alba L.). With the participation of light, the chlorophyll contained in plants takes part in the complex process of photosynthesis, which is one of the basic and most important biochemical transformations on Earth, without which the life of plants and animals would not be possible. The term comes from the Greek words chloros (green) and phyllon (leaf).

Chlorophyllin was dissolved in vegetable glycerol (pharmaceutical grade) produced from rapeseed and sunflower seeds originating only from controlled crops in the European Union. Glycerin is a safe, well-tolerated and natural carrier of nutrients, which, despite its sweet taste,  does NOT contain sugar!  and is free from fat and protein. Glycerin is a stable substance when heated and is perfect for the extraction and preservation of BIOactive ingredients.

The structure of the chlorophyll molecule is very similar to the structure of heme - a compound that is part of hemoglobin, a red blood pigment that binds oxygen and transports it to body cells. The basic difference is that red blood cells contain an iron atom at the center of their structure, while chlorophyll contains magnesium. When green vegetables are cooked or exposed to the acidity of the soil, magnesium is removed from them. This causes the breakdown of chlorophyll and changes the color of the plants.

What is commonly referred to as chlorophyll is actually a mixture of several molecules with very narrow chemical structures. Chlorophylls a, b, c and d differ from each other as do some related derivatives. Depending on the species, chlorophylls a and b are more common in different proportions in higher (land) plants and green algae, while chlorophylls c and d are found in brown algae and cyanobacteria.

Chlorophyllin, also called the chlorophyllin-copper complex, is a water-soluble mixture of sodium-copper salts that is an easily absorbable derivative of chlorophyll. During the synthesis of chlorophyllin, the magnesium atom located in the center of the molecule is replaced with copper. Copper contained in the preparation:

• supports the proper functioning of the immune and nervous systems
• contributes to the proper transport of iron in the body
• helps protect cells against oxidative stress
• helps maintain proper pigmentation of hair and skin
• contributes to proper energy metabolism

Ingredients:  carrier: glycerol (vegetable), purified water, sodium-copper chlorophyllin from white mulberry leaves (Morus alba L.), a mixture of natural flavors including: mint.

How to use:  consume the measured amount of the preparation (one teaspoon - 5 ml) directly or add it to a glass of water or other drink. Consume three times a day (3 x 5 ml). Do not exceed the maximum amount of 3 teaspoons (15 ml) per day. Shake before use.

Dietary supplements should be stored out of the reach of small children. Store away from direct sunlight at temperatures below 25°C. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 months of opening the package.
