Ingredients:  olive oil, d-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E from sunflower), menaquinone (vitamin K from natto), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), cholecalciferol (vitamin D from lanolin), antioxidant: rosemary extract.

How to use:  Shake well before use. Measure 5 drops on a teaspoon and consume directly or add to a cold meal (e.g. a salad).
