Recommended daily dose to be consumed during the day, necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: 16 drops, i.e. 200 mg of ashwagandha (10 mg of withanolides).
The daily dose can be divided into smaller doses, depending on your needs, e.g., 8 drops twice a day. For better absorption, take the supplement directly under the tongue and swallow after 1 minute.
