Ingredients:  bacterial cultures: Lactobacillus rhamnosus V_1, Lactobacillus rhamnosus V_2, bulking agent: vegetable cellulose, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; capsule shell component: pectins; bacterial cultures: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus gasseri, Lactobacillus crispatus; D-biotin (biotin).

Directions for use:  Take 1-2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid, preferably 15-30 minutes before a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Remember to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a varied diet.

Storage conditions:  Store in a dry place at room temperature, away from heat sources and direct sunlight, out of reach of small children. Refrigeration is recommended for storage longer than 3 months.
