Ingredients:  Magnesium L-threonate (magnesium salt of L-threonic acid) Magtein®, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)

Recommended daily dose to obtain a beneficial effect:  3 capsules daily in divided doses (1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening), preferably after a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
