Ingredients:  Fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum) DER 15:1 standardized to 25% saponins, black maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii) DER 100:1, L-arginine hydrochloride, shatavari root extract (Asparagus racemosus) DER 4:1, inulin, zinc gluconate (zinc), L-leucine, BioPerine® - black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) DER 50:1 standardized to 95% piperine, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. 

Directions:  Take 1 capsule with water. Use once daily. Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule
