Ingredients:  Black maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii) DER 100:1, inulin, L-leucine, BioPerine® – black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) DER 50:1 standardized to 95% piperine, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. 

Directions:  Take 1 capsule with water. Use once daily.

Recommended daily intake:  1 capsule.
