Ingredients:  Inulin, lactoferrin (from  cow's milk  ), L-leucine, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. 

Directions:  Take 1-2 capsules with water. Use once daily.

Recommended daily intake:  1-2 capsules.
