Ingredients:  Wheat germ extract rich in spermidine, bulking agent: acacia fiber, capsule shell: binding agent – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

A source of natural spermidine, in the form of a standardized extract of wheat germ (Triticum aestivum).

Recommended daily dose:  1 capsule daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
