Ingredients: L-lysine hydrochloride, L-leucine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-proline, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-methionine, L-tryptophan, L-histidine hydrochloride, natural orange flavor, sweetener : steviol glycosides, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Recommended daily dose: 1 full measuring spoon (3.5 g), twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
How to use: Dissolve a full measure of powder in 100 ml of water or orange juice.
You can also add the powder to protein powder, yogurt or smoothie.

The eL-AMINO dietary supplement is a complex of all eight exogenous amino acids. Exogenous amino acids are important nutrients that the body cannot produce on its own through the metabolism of other compounds. As amino acids, they are also the basic building block of many proteins found in the body, and consequently of tissues, organs, but also enzymes necessary for the proper course of processes occurring in the body.
Because the appropriate amounts of these amino acids for the body are found only in the so-called complete proteins, which are most often of animal origin (such as egg albumin, milk proteins or meat proteins), the key to maintaining their appropriate supply is a varied and balanced diet. Therefore, a good solution is to additionally provide these ingredients in the form of appropriately composed supplementation - especially by people following an unbalanced diet, vegetarian or vegan diet. The product is also dedicated to active people and athletes who undertake increased physical effort and achieve greater increases in muscle mass.
In addition to the basic set of 8 exogenous amino acids, the eL-AMINO recipe has been enriched with two additional amino acids:
- L-proline – a component of collagen and endothelial cells in blood vessels
- L-histidine - considered an exogenous amino acid in children and some athletes, due to the increased need of the body for this ingredient during large weight gains.
All product ingredients are of plant origin, making eL-AMINO a source of amino acids suitable for vegans.
The product does not contain any artificial preservatives, dyes or technological additives. The product contains natural orange flavor and a natural sweetener in the form of steviol glycosides. Each serving of eL-AMINO contains amino acids in a highly soluble and digestible form.
