Classic high-quality coffee from the mid-west of Colombia, cut by the Andes. The Quindio region is covered with dormant volcanoes, fertile soil, tropical rainforests and bamboo forests. It is so valuable for the balance of our planet that UNESCO has inscribed the entire area on the World Heritage List.

Universal coffee, specialty quality, reminiscent of notes of sweet, ripe apple, plum, vanilla, caramel and milk chocolate. 

The Quindio region is covered with dormant volcanoes, fertile soil, tropical rainforests and bamboo forests. Our coffee is the showcase of the region - coffee is bought from farmers who grow and harvest Arabica by hand, then it is washed in accordance with Colombian custom. 

Fermentation in a tank filled with water takes 12 to 36 hours, and drying takes place on a patio or African beds.

Colombia Don Pablo The fruit orchard is the aroma of sweet apple and prune, followed by notes of caramel and milk chocolate. These flavors remain perceptible regardless of the brewing method - serve your favorite coffee however you like.

A classic for espresso, it will also work well in milk coffees, coffee makers, home French presses and other pouring methods.
