"TULSI" IS A BARK SHAMPOO   with an exceptionally delicate and pleasant scent of Holy Basil. It has nothing to do with basil added to salads. This shampoo is appreciated by people with medium porosity hair, dry, brittle at the ends and a tendency to dandruff and infections. Thanks to its delicate, herbal consistency, it is easy to apply and lather.

From the feedback from our clients, we know that it works great for people with psoriasis. Tulsi is a herb known for its anti-dandruff, anti-itching, cleansing and slightly exfoliating properties. Adds volume to the hair.

Tulsi ( Ocimum Sanctum ) is also known as Tulasi and as Holy Basil. It is a small, spreading shrub, reaching a height of 60 cm. Its unique properties are hidden in light green leaves - Lakshmi Tulsi ) , or less common - purple Krishna Tulsi ).

Healthy hair grows on a healthy scalp. Dandruff and various types of scalp infections often cause excessive dryness and itching of the scalp and severe hair loss. Tulsi is a comprehensive solution that fights all scalp infections and prevents hair loss.

Basil's antibacterial and antifungal properties help maintain a healthy scalp, while anti-inflammatory properties soothe dry and itchy scalp.

Basil rich in vitamin K stimulates the blood circulation of the scalp, which nourishes the hair follicles, improves their condition and makes new hairs (baby hair) appear.

Thanks to its healing, antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties, Tulsi works on the skin, preventing, among others, the appearance of blackheads, acne and soothing skin infections. Full of vitamins, minerals, electrolytes and nutrients, Tulsi is a major contributor to healthy hair and skin.

The antioxidants present in Tulsi help prevent premature graying and hair loss.

Ayurvedic medicine recommends it for many ailments. It is also widely used as a spice and not just a cosmetic. Therefore, its name, from Sanskrit, means "unequaled". It was also called the elixir of life. It was believed that it prolongs life and harmonizes all processes inside the body. It has traditionally been used to treat anxiety, indigestion, back pain and arthritis, heart and skin conditions, and as an antidote to snake poison.

To this day, it is consumed as an infusion to soothe anxiety and stress. Thanks to its delicate taste, it goes well with other herbs and tea.

The life-giving nature of Tulsi meant that it is often grown at temples worshiping Vishnu, and from its roots, beads (japa) are produced to support the recitation of holy mantras.
