Methylcobalamin, the active, bioavailable form of vitamin B12, helps in the proper production of red blood cells and in maintaining proper homocysteine metabolism. It contributes to maintaining proper energy metabolism and reducing the feeling of fatigue and weariness. Vitamin B12, like other B vitamins, helps in the proper functioning of the nervous and immune systems and in maintaining proper psychological functions. The composition has been enriched with BioPerine® black pepper extract. Black pepper supports digestion and absorption of nutrients.

Recommended daily portion of the product necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: Take 1 capsule a day. Drink with water (250 ml).
