Ingredients:  L-glutamic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule) (thickener), microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber) (emulsifier), L-leucine, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

How to use:  Take one capsule twice a day between meals with water. Product for adults only. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. The product should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body.
