Ingredients:  black ginger extract (Kaempferia parviflora) (rhizome) (standardized to 4% 5,7-dimethoxyflavone NLT), rice bran extract, bulking agent: maltodextrin; capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; calcium salts of fatty acids; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

How to use:  Take 1 capsule daily with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements should be stored out of the reach of small children.
