Indian frankincense bark resin extract (Boswellia serrata Roxb.) , white willow bark extract (Salix alba L.) , capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) , extract from the bark of maritime pine (Pinus pinaster Ait.) , filler: cellulose, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), boron (boric acid), manganese (manganese gluconate).

RECOMMENDED DAILY SERVING:
Adults, 1 capsule twice a day, after meals, with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
