Spiritual guide, mentor, master. Athlete and trainer of physical and mental preparation. He won the Polish Triathlon Championship 9 times at all distances, took 11th place at the PRO European Championships in Germany, 3rd place in the IRONMAN MALLORCA competition in 2014. Vice-champion of Europe at the 1/2 Ironman distance and three-time participant of the legendary Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. Winner of one of the most difficult triathlons in the world - Alpe d'Huez Triathlon in France. He cooperated with the team of kayakers, rowers (medals in London 2012 and Rio 2016) and foil teams. Founder of the CITYZEN_ sports club in Poznań, co-creator of many projects combining personal and physical development, including: BE3 BE FREE, Trainers Academy, BODHY.
