Food supplement in the form of a hard capsule containing inositol (myo-inositol), the so-called vitamin B8, which occurs in high concentrations in the brain and takes part in many biochemical processes in the body. Inositol (myo-inositol) / 600 mg

Ingredients:  Myo-inositol, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), inulin. 

Recommended daily dose:  1 capsule, after a meal. 

Directions:  Swallow the capsule with water. We suggest taking it after your evening meal.
