Ingredients:  Fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum), inulin, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose). 

Recommended daily dose:  1 capsule, after a meal. 

Directions:  Swallow the capsule with water. We suggest taking one capsule with or immediately after a meal.
