DESCRIPTION
Omega 3 + D3 2000 IU + K2 to dietary supplement containing Omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids (EPA and DHA) from fish oil enriched with fat-soluble vitamins - D and K. EPA and DHA acids contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day.
Vitamin D helps in the proper functioning of the immune system, in maintaining healthy bones and teeth and in the proper functioning of muscles. Vitamin D also helps maintain normal blood calcium levels and the proper use/absorption of calcium and phosphorus.
Vitamin K contributes to proper blood clotting and also helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION AND OTHER NOTES
Recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day, necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Drink water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Product for adults. Consumption of the product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist.
The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
