NOW® Shark Cartilage is an excellent source of calcium as well as naturally occurring mucopolysaccharides, including the bioavailable form of chondroitin sulfate. Scientific research indicates that certain components of shark cartilage support the balance of the immune system. In addition, they support skeletal health thanks to their high calcium content.
NOW Shark Cartilage comes from a pure, freeze-dried shark skeleton and is thoroughly tested for the presence of the most important ingredients characteristic of sharks. Contains no solvents, bleaches or
any chemicals.
INGREDIENTS:
Powdered shark cartilage, cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids (of plant origin) - anti-caking agent, stearic acid, silica and gelatin as a shell component.
USE: consume with a meal or shortly after it in an amount of 1 to 3 capsules 1 or 2 times a day (no more than 6 capsules a day)
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
