Suggested use and storage: 1 full pump dispenses approximately 1.3 g of cream, providing 20 mg of progesterone USP. This container provides approximately 65 pumps. Massage 1 pump onto smooth areas of skin such as wrists, arms or thighs, throat, abdomen or chest, once or twice daily. Premenopausal women use 14 days before the first day of menstruation, stop and repeat. Women during menopause, use for 21 days, stop for 7 days and repeat. These are general recommendations only and may require modification depending on your individual needs.
