Uridine monophosphate  is an organic compound that is a nucleotide that is a component of nerve cells. Uridine is a component that builds RNA.

Cytidine monophosphate  is an organic compound that is a precursor of uridine. Like uridine, cytidine is used in RNA synthesis.

Ingredients in a daily portion  (1 capsule)

uridine-5′-monophosphate disodium salt         100 mg

Cytidine 5′-monophosphate                                50 mg

Ingredients:  uridine-5′-monophosphate disodium salt, cytidine 5′-monophosphate, glazing agent of plant origin - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose.

How to use:  recommended daily dose: 1 capsule a day, on an empty stomach or one hour after a meal. The capsule should be swallowed and washed down with a small amount of water.

Warning: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. People taking medications, pregnant and breastfeeding women and people under 18 years of age should consult a doctor before using the product.
