                                                                              Bamboo powder - 192 mg, including silicon - 67 mg; Horsetail herb extract - 220 mg, including silicon - 7 mg;
                                                                              Common nettle leaf extract - 120 mg, including polyphenols - 4.8 mg.
                                                                              Total silicon content - 74 mg.

                                                                              Ingredients: Horsetail herb extract (Equisetum arvense L.), bamboo powder (Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss), pullulan (capsule shell), common nettle leaf extract (Urtica Dioica L.)
