Recommended daily dose: The recommended daily dose (1 capsule) contains:
Indian turmeric extract - 400 mg,
including: 95% curcumin - 380 mg;
Indian black pepper extract - 5 mg,
including: 95% piperine - 4.75 mg

Ingredients: Indian turmeric extract (Curcuma longa L. contains 95% curcumin), pullulan (capsule shell), black pepper extract (Piper nigrum contains 95% piperine).

Storage: Protect from light, store at room temperature, in a dry place out of the reach of small children.
