Other ingredients: Cholin bitartrate (61 %; Choline), Inositol, capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable).
Recommended use: Take 1 capsule unchewed twice a day with plenty of water. (at least 200 ml).
