Ingredients: Marine squid oil , capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, purified (deionized) water, natural lemon flavor, proprietary blend of antioxidants [rosemary extract, tocopherols, sunflower lecithin, ascorbyl palmitate]. Contains crustaceans (squid).
Directions for use: One capsule a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
