What makes Swanson Full Effect Hair Thickener unique is  Keranat , a patented and clinically tested ingredient derived from millet, the source of a rare molecule called miliacin. Miliacine is a triterpenoid that stimulates the production of keratin, a structural protein found in hair, skin and nails. 

Keranat uses a lipid capsule that helps improve the bioavailability of miliacin, which has been shown in women to improve scalp health and support hair growth, thickness and volume.

Each serving provides 4,000 mcg of biotin - a member of the B vitamin family, commonly called the "beauty nutrient" for its beneficial effects on healthy hair, skin and nails - and 22 mg of zinc, a nutrient essential for cell division and nutrient absorption. particularly in the hair follicle as part of the hair growth process. 

Full Effect also contains horsetail, a botanical source of silica, which helps deliver nutrients to hair follicles and may support hair thickness and volume.

Ingredients:  Biotin, zinc gluconate, Keranat™, horsetail, capsule shell: gelatin, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use:  One capsule daily, with water and food. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.

Store at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
