Probiotic + Ashwagandha Immuno Complex  is a dietary supplement that uses a synergistic combination of ashwagandha, probiotic bacteria in the form of Bacillus Coagulans, zinc and vitamin D. 

Bacillus coagulans  is a bacterium that occurs naturally in the intestinal bacterial flora. Each capsule contains "dormant" spores of these bacteria, which become active only in the acidic environment of the stomach, thanks to which the bacillus reaches and multiplies only in the intestines. 

Zinc  in the form of zinc citrate and  vitamin D  help in the proper functioning of the immune system. Zinc additionally helps protect cells against oxidative stress, and vitamin D helps maintain healthy bones. 

Ashwagandha  supports the functioning of the respiratory system.

Ingredients in a daily portion  (1 capsule)

Lactospore® – Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 /   2.5 billion

Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) /   140 mg

– including withanolides /   9.8 mg

Zinc /   10 mg  (100% RWS)*

Vitamin D /   50 μg/2000 IU  (1000% RWS)*

BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) /   2 mg

– including piperine /   1.9 mg

Ingredients:  Ashwagandha root extract standardized to 7% withanolides; cellulose capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, zinc (zinc citrate); Lactospore® – spores of probiotic bacteria Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856; vitamin D (cholecalciferol); BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract standardized to 95% piperine.

Recommended daily dose of the product necessary to obtain a beneficial effect of the product:  Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Drink water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.

Precautions:  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Product for adults. The product should not be consumed if you are taking sedative, hypnotic or antiepileptic drugs, and should not be used by children, pregnant or lactating women. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to lead a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.
