How to use: Take 3 capsules a day with food. The product is intended for use by adults only. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and people taking medications or having medical conditions should consult a doctor. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is the leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age. This product should be kept out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, contact a doctor or a poison control center immediately.
