Ingredients: Iron bisglycinate; subst. dissolving: deionized (purified) water, vegetable glycerin; subst. correcting taste (sweetening): xylitol, steviol glycosides; acidity regulator: malic acid, citric acid; subst. antioxidant: potassium sorbate.
How to use
Take 5-10 ml daily (1 or 2 teaspoons), add to juice or water and mix well before use; consume before a meal.
