InfaCell Defense is a patented formula of 3 clinically tested, highly concentrated extracts using the synergy effect of turmeric, frankincense - Boswellia and ginger, which were developed using the latest extraction technology and effective delivery of active substances.

Instead of standard extracts, our preparation uses two types of extraction: water and alcohol, which provides better bioavailability than ever thought thanks to the reconstruction of the full natural matrix of turmeric (CNTM) with active curcuminoids, ginger with gynerolarmy and boswellic acids from frankincense. Their potency is the synergy between the extracted active bodies and the added original compounds of these herbs, which are often removed during the extraction process. For example, different molecules of the turmeric matrix have different polarity, i.e. the distribution of electric charge within it, which affects their ability to bind. In other words, the polarity or arrangement of polar and non-polar particles of the full turmeric matrix is ​​an important key factor for absorption. The intestinal lining has a polar structure, while curcuminoids have a non-polar structure, therefore the intestinal tissue rejects the active substance and is not absorbed into the bloodstream. For curcuminoids to effectively penetrate the intestines, the structure carrying the polar charge must be identical to the digestive system.

PNS biological delivery system

Thanks to an advanced process, the natural ingredients of turmeric are integrated into the system of polar and non-polar layers (PNS).

The process involves isolating curcumin and "translating" it between polar (carbohydrates, turmeric fiber and turmeric proteins) and non-polar (turmeric oil). Using PNS technology, curcuminoids are a non-polar charge covered in layers of proteins and water-soluble carbohydrates that also come from the whole turmeric root and create a polar structure that is able to penetrate the intestinal wall and deliver the active ingredient curcumin at maximum absorbency. PNS technology uses all the ingredients of turmeric and structures it in such a way that curcumin can be absorbed directly into target cells without being broken down in the digestive tract, which increases its bioavailability.

PNS technology helps inhibit conjugation

In the body, curcuminoid compounds undergo conjugation, a normal chemical reaction in which one compound attaches to another. This is problematic because bound curcuminoids (metabolites) do not necessarily provide the same health benefits as unbound ones (free curcuminoids).

Inflacel contains turmeric extract protects curcuminoids against conjugation by arranging them into polar and non-polar layers. Clinical and preclinical data show that this allows for 10 times greater bioavailability and more effective delivery of curcuminoids to tissues than in the case of standardized curcumin.
